My Story

For the past 17 years swimming has molded me into the person I am today. At the age of 16, I set four Romanian national records. In 2015, after all the years of hard work in the pool and classroom I was offered the opportunity to attend Georgia Tech, so I moved to Atlanta to follow my dreams. Being able to balance my athletic career while maintaining high academic standards has pushed me to perfect my time management and organizational skills along with developing an even stronger work ethic.

Working directly with brands to develop their online presence is a passion of mine. Through various marketing campaigns, I have grown brands social media followings along with thier engagement rates.

When working on multiple digital marketing campaigns my approach has been to utilize Facebook ads and micro-influencers to drive results.  

Bringing a creative approach to a problem is one of my strong suits. I strive to deliver the most cost-effective strategies on the tasks that are presented before me.

Brand development | Facebook ads

Clean Cosmetics

Revamped Clean Cosmetic’s website. Rewrote all the copy on the site to increase conversion rates. Formated the product page so it would be easy to read from a customer perspective.

Increased website traffic by over 75% in less than a month. Created Facebook ads that converted viewers into customers.

Grew the Instagram page from 1,500 followers to 20,100 followers over the course of three months. Substantially increased engagement on social media.

The campaign resulted in an increase in revenue of over 1,200% helping Clean Cosmetics generate over $140,000 in revenue in a span of five months.

Ran split test advertising and analyzed trends to determine the optimal advertisement strategy.

Generated over 160 leads using a cross-platform funnel, that utilized the lead generation feature of Facebook ads.

Increased social media following from 75 to 1,226 in a two-week time frame. And also increased user engagement through improved content. 

Ran locally targeted Facebook ads in the Charlotte area to increase conversion rates of prospects. 

Performed daily analysis of data and audience insights.

Maximized advertising results by developing and reformatting the ad copy to coincide with Facebook’s guidelines and policies.

Provided instructions to the owner on how to convert leads into customers.

Coordinated micro-influencer campaign to raise awareness for campus sustainability bottle.

Contacted 300 students across 12 different universities within both the U.S. and Canada to participate in the campaign.

Directed a cross-functional team of five that delivered an increase in sales of over 10%
